MISSION
It is the goal of the Bear River Housing Department to provide safe, decent, sanitary, and affordable housing to Tribal Members and their families. The goals of the Housing Department are best accomplished by enacting policies and procedures that will govern the actions of its Residents and Tenants. Every effort shall be made to work with each Resident and Tenant to ensure compliance with their signed Policies and Agreements. These Policies and Agreements describe the respective roles of the Bear River Band of Rohnerville Rancheria, Tribal Council, and the Bear River Development Commission (CBDO), in delegating Bear River Housing Department in day-to-day management of all Housing and Rental Programs.
BEAR RIVER DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
The Bear River Development Commission (BRDC) is a committee composed of five people that oversee all tribal housing matters. It is the goal of the committee to provide safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing to Tribal Members and their families.
BRDC meetings are held Wednesdays at 10 a.m. The agenda submission deadline is Monday at 4 p.m. Google Meet information can be obtained by contacting the Housing Department. For more information visit our Community Calendar on Facebook.
